Maximize Your Solar

Marin Solar Repair, based in San Rafael, provides North Bay system owners with a local resource for repair, cleaning, maintenance, and inspection. If you have a question about your system, please give us a call.

Real Estate Solar Inspections

Buying or selling a home? Have the solar system inspected by a solar professional to determine if the system is working properly and is safe. The inspection comes with a complete report.

A home’s solar system is valuable cost-saving asset which increases a property’s value, but only if it’s running as it was built to.

System Repairs

Inverters are the most common components of a solar system that need repair or replacement. Marin Solar Repair can diagnose your system and replace a faulty ground-based string inverter, or roof-top microinverters and optimizers. We can also perform repairs to the other components on the array, point of interconnection, and conduit.

Solar panel Cleaning

Rain can only partially clean a roof-top solar system. Just look at a skylight to see the residue is left behind on glass even after the strongest rain.

We clean solar panels with equipment designed for solar arrays with sufficient range for hard to reach panels, and brushes designed to remove hard lichen spots without damaging the anti-glare coating on panels.

Bird and Pest Guards

A roof-top array can be an inviting setting for birds such as pigeons and other pests to make a home. This can result in a mess on your roof, unwanted noise, and possibly damage to your system. This can all be avoided with a pest guard around the perimeter of your solar arrays.
